These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between RAWAL GIN (whose owner is Sergi López Corredor with provided ID 36574795B) and its Internet customers.
Before carrying out any transaction, the client acknowledges that he is aware of and declares that he accepts these conditions from the moment he clicks on the I Accept button.
1. Particular conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen and expressly declares to accept them without any reservation. Placing the order and its confirmation by the client materializes full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
2. Order
The customer places the order by clicking on the “add to cart” button. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the “complete purchase” button in the menu bar or from the page itself. of cart.
RAWAL GIN’s automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
3. Order confirmation
RAWAL GIN confirms acceptance of your order to the customer through the email address provided during the purchase process. The sale will not end until RAWAL GIN confirms the order.
RAWAL GIN reserves the right to not confirm an order for any specific reason such as product supply, a problem related to the order received, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding delivery. RAWAL GIN will inform the client of this point.
Ownership of the merchandise will not be fully transferred until RAWAL GIN receives the sums owed by the customer.
4. Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place of receipt of the merchandise at the time of placing the order. RAWAL GIN reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the client.
5. Delivery times
Deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 8 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of placing the order, RAWAL GIN will inform the customer and confirm the date on which it will be available again or propose an equivalent substitute product. Delivery is at the expense of the recipient.
6. Reception of orders

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by RAWAL GIN.

Payment for products and services is made by credit and/or debit card in a secure environment (STRIPE or PAYPAL) or bank transfer. RAWAL GIN retains ownership of the products until the customer pays in full the price of the products and services.
10. Payment terms
The ordered products will be delivered after payment by credit or debit card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, JCB) through Stripe, Paypal or bank transfer.

15. Right to resend the goods and withdrawal period
The client has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 2 days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire on the day on which the client or a third party in the name and representation of the client, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the client’s exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal by the client, RAWAL GIN will return all payments received from the client, including delivery costs without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the client informs to RAWAL GIN of its decision to withdraw from the contract. RAWAL GIN will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by the client for the initial transaction; In any case, the client will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
RAWAL GIN may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
The client must return or deliver the goods without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 7 days from the date on which the client communicates the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The customer must assume the direct cost of returning the goods, except for the first return, whose shipping cost will be assumed by RAWAL GIN.
The client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
